The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with easy freeway access, ideal for exploring downtown on foot. The service was efficient, although staff could improve mask enforcement. The rooms, though lacking views, were elegantly designed and comfortable. The dining was acceptable, offering good value. A downside was the presence of what looked like dry blood stains in the room.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms but with a downside of extra parking tax. The service is friendly and helpful, although some further training could enhance it. The location is convenient for exploring Seattle but lacks dining options within walking distance. The dining experience is satisfactory, with a good hot breakfast, yet paying for parking may be inconvenient. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixture of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were well designed and comfortable with the bonus of having 2 TVs, but unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of pee in the air. Additionally, the furniture felt unstable, and the bathroom door lock seemed dodgy.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were comfortable and equipped with 2 TVs, but there was a persistent smell of pee and some furniture was unstable. The bathroom door lock was not reliable.
Service
7.0
The service was mostly wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable. However, there was a miss with the staff failing to inform us about the shuttle service to downtown locations. At times, the staff seemed more focused on personal conversations than attending to guests.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of downtown tourist activities. However, the area was small and busy, leading to challenges with parking expenses downtown.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was nice overall, with above average offerings like bacon & scrambled eggs. However, there were some cleanliness issues noted with hair found on extra pillows.
Facilities
The facilities at the hotel provided good value for money, offering services like dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, laundry, welcome drink, and happy hour.

6.6/10

The hotel rooms were spacious and could accommodate our family of 5 comfortably, but there were some stains and the mini fridge was not cold. We found the beds to be uncomfortable, and the parking was way too expensive. Also, we were unprepared for the $20 extra per night damage deposit.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had a bathtub and were large enough for our family of 5, but there were some stains and issues with the mini fridge. The beds were not very comfortable. The parking was expensive, and the valet service seemed understaffed.
Service
5.0
The service was sometimes lacking friendliness, especially depending on the request. We also experienced an incident where anyone could charge items to our room without verification.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently close enough to walk to see the sites, but it is too far from the waterfront to justify the price of the room per night. While it went above and beyond for a birthday trip, it can be dead on weekends and isn't in a tourist spot.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was very good with lots of choices and good quality. However, the breakfast attendants were seemlingly fighting over tasks.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent overall.
